Environmental Benefits

Through our ESG framework, we continue to deliver tangible environmental benefits for our valued clients, including improved energy efficiency, reduced operational carbon footprints, sustainable asset lifecycle management, and enhanced compliance with environmental regulations, which in turn are supporting more resilient and future-ready property portfolios.

Social Impact

We believe that a strong, sustainable industry is built on the wellbeing of its people.  We are truly committed to fostering a culture that prioritises mental health, encourages early support, and promotes meaningful connection across the commercial property sectors we work in.

Governance & Accountability

Our governance framework supports this commitment through clear accountability, ethical decision-making, and robust risk management practices.  We are dedicated to embedding these values across every level of our business, ensuring transparency, compliance, and responsible leadership underpin everything we do.

Leadership & Community Engagement

Our Managing Director, John Evans, is a recognised thought leader within the Australian commercial property industry.  Through his leadership, CommProp Group hosts regular community-focused functions designed to bring like-minded people together, strengthen industry relationships, and support improved mental health outcomes.

These initiatives create opportunities for healthy connection, safe conversations, and shared experiences, which build a more understanding, supportive and resilient community. By prioritising wellbeing and supporting initiatives that promote connection and early support, CommProp Group is helping to shape a more resilient, inclusive, and sustainable future for Australia's building and construction industry.

We remain committed to working alongside our partners, clients, and communities to ensure that the people who build our industry are equally supported by it.

Our Commitments

CommProp Group is committed to being an active contributor to positive change.  Across our client projects, supplier partnerships, and broader network, we;

  • Promote awareness of mental health and wellbeing

  • Encourage early engagement with support services

  • Foster environments where individuals feel safe, supported, and confident to speak up

  • Strengthen industry collaboration through open dialogue and shared responsibility

We recognise that leadership plays a key role in shaping culture and outcomes.

Supporting Wellbeing Organisations

We actively support the work of leading organisations including MATES in ConstructionOzHelp Foundation, and the Black Dog Institute.  Through targeted training, practical resources, and evidence-based programs, these organisations provide essential support tailored to the unique challenges of our industry.

Alongside the critical services of Lifeline Australia and the advocacy of Beyond Blue, they play an important role in encouraging open conversations and improving access to support across the workforce.
