Roof & HVAC Replacement
Full replacement of a Heritage-listed Awning, Roof and Ceiling, plus removed a redundant, internal HVAC split system across a commercial office building in Bourke.
End-to-end delivery of a new Ceiling, Roof and Awning replacement as well as the reorganisation of the HVAC across this commercial office facility. Works included detailed site inspections, preparation of a technical scope, cost estimation, procurement of various roofing, awning and structural materials, co-ordination of trades, and full project management through to final completion in accordance with building codes and safety standards. Our team ensured a Heritage-sensitive, high-quality outcome that improved this building’s performance, safety, and long-term value to the local community.

We prepared the site for trades, conducted inductions and tool box talks, re-visited the SWMS given heavy machinery was adjacent to an active pedestrian footpath. Our tradesmen and machinery then excavated a shallow foundation for the installation of timber foundations and pouring concrete for a new finished footpath running along Eden Park Drive.
Rose & Jones - Heritage works Coogee
After decades of exposure to adverse weather, we repaired and restored the structural integrity and presentation of a second-storey balcony of a Heritage-listed commercial property in Coogee.
Our Welder removed all corrosion, treated the affected areas, and seamlessly welded new steel reinforcing onto the framework. Our Builder then reinstalled the timber presentation features before our Painter matched the Heritage-listed colour, then painted the existing façade.
